I had a miscarriage and my next pregnancy I had heavy bleeding and I thought for sure I was miscarrying again. I didn't miscarry and had a full term pregnancy. After a miscarriage another pregnancy is not quite the same. We never announced the pregnancy until after the 1st trimester when before it would be the day after testing in the previous pregnancies. I pray for good news for you and that your baby is doing fine. Don't give up hope, keep your chin up. You're right, children really are a blessing.
