There are a lot of women who have no children who would love to give your twins a home. Have you considered adoption? I have 4 children, so I'm not asking for myself. I just know how much a blessing children are. When we were low on money and I was pregnant with the 4th one, we always seemed to have enough money, somehow. I encourage you to look up sites or books (like "What to Expect when Expecting") of how developed your twins are at 12 weeks. Email me privately or continue to write on the board.
