Directions
Place the mayonnaise, vinegar, 1 tablespoon water, sugar, cayenne pepper and dill seed in a medium bowl; whisk to combine. Season with salt and pepper; set aside. Combine the cabbage, peppers and green onions in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 8 to 10
