 Bacardi Rum - Daiquiri (as Cuban as it gets!)

Daiquiri

1-1/4 oz. Rum
1 oz. Lime Juice
Dash of Simple Syrup or Sour mix

Shake with ice, Serve up in a Flute or on the rocks, Garnish with a Lime wedge

Kahlua

Kahlúa White Russian

1 oz. Kahlúa
1 oz. vodka
2 oz. cream or milk

Pour Kahlúa and vodka over ice. Top with fresh cream or milk. Stir.

Dirty Banana

1 medium banana
1 dash cream
1 oz simple syrup
1-1/2 oz Tia Maria

1 oz Tia Maria
1 oz light rum
1 TBLS cream

Frangelico is indeed wonderful!

FRANGELICO COFFEE

1 12oz. wine glass, preheated
10oz. full city roast brewed coffee
1 1/2 jiggers Frangelico liqueur
1/4 cup lightly whipped cream

Pour hot coffee in the heated wine glass and stir in the
Frangelico. Top with the whipped cream. SERVES ONE
