Hi try playing sports or run up and down your steps i was 168 pounds and im 13 i lost 92 ponuds playing soccer it gets your heart rate up so you burn more calories.Try walking at least 5 mins before every meal because your heart rate will go up and you will lose mweight faster.Thats how i lost most o f my weight for getting active and not being a couch patato

To lose all that weight, just eat healthy, walk for 30 min. rapidly 5 times a day, jump roping for 15 min. burns about 200 calories, hoola hooping helps trim your tummy, and eat about 2000 calories a day (but it must be healthy foods). This is my everyday thing that i do and i am at 137 pounds and am still losing weight! So if you can stick to that, you can have a bikini body! Sweet... :P
