To lose all that weight, just eat healthy, walk for 30 min. rapidly 5 times a day, jump roping for 15 min. burns about 200 calories, hoola hooping helps trim your tummy, and eat about 2000 calories a day (but it must be healthy foods). This is my everyday thing that i do and i am at 137 pounds and am still losing weight! So if you can stick to that, you can have a bikini body! Sweet... :P

hi every one i am 13 i weigh 109 pounds my mom says i have a model body and my friends say im so skinny.but for some reason i feel GIGANTIC should i loose weight or gain weight i need help please e-mail me for tips thanks

You are not overweight u are just fine! and if notn ur atleast supoose to be 125 pounds!

my name is nyasha and i herd ur overweight.
well i my weight: only 81 pounds so i dont have that problem but this is what i do i throw up everything i eat.
u should try it it gets easy after a while
