Subject: I feed 125 pounds of feed per day at this time of year. About 30 pounds of that per day was crack corn. About 6 weeks ago I quit feeding the corn as it went to a $1.00 a bag higher then the 12% sweet feed. So right now I am feeding straight sweet feed.

  • Feed doesn't get too high to feed. The cattle feeders just pay less for the cattle they buy from us and the price of meat stays the same. Same old story. Poor old rancher gets the short end of the deal every time. (NT) -- ZD, 11:18:22 02/01/08 Fri
