Subject: The circuit has been a problem since the beginning. I qualified the very first one back in the 70's before they had a national circuit finals, and you-know-who was in charge of it came down to our finals and promised that the national circuit finals would be in the middle of the US and Kansas City was their focus point. When in fact all they were doing was trying to get everybody to send in the futurity money. Then a year later they announced in was going to be just as about as close to Japan as to Florida.
