I am just guessing here.... but I bet it has something to do with Tuff and Donnie and the CBR counting their money toward the PRCA standings. I find it hard that a person who is sponsoring a couple of PBR events, plus wanting to try and make their tour, doing much good continuing on as a bull riding director.
