Subject: Please help this little boy!

Hi All,
My name is Debbie and there is this amazing little boy who really needs your help desperately! He's 8 yrs. old and is dying from and incurable disease and he's slipping fast. But there is hope for him. His parents are trying to raise money and spread the word so he can recieve a brain surgery that can change his quality of life. But we need to hurry!
