Subject: My Sony Clie died - please help to revive it

I have a Sony Clie PEG-NR70 palm with Palm OS version 4.1. There is a memory stick slot and I usually keep a memory stick there with some files on it.

My problem started since I lost my memory stick. Then, Sony Clie would not start up. At first I thought that it was low on battery power, so I charged it up. Still, the power light would turn on but nothing would appear.

Then, I pressed into Reset spot on the back. At this point the sound comes up and the grapics shows up. Afterwards, the system shows the clock setup screen, then standard Palm screen and then the screen turns off. If I press Reset again, the same behavior repeats.

Now I have my questions:
How revivable is my Palm?
How can I reload Palm operating system and get it back into operation?

Thanks for all advice and replies in advance.

PS: I really need to use this palm for my work.
