measly $6.00. Well GUESS WHAT!!?. Within 7 days, I started getting
money in the mail! I was shocked! I figured it would end soon, but
the money just kept coming in. In my first week, I made about $25.00.
By the end second week I had made a total over $1,000.00! In the
third week I had over $10,000.00 and it's still growing. This is now

By now you're probably thinking gasoline priced at about $1.50 is super
cheap. Me too! It is currently $2.79 for regular unleaded, in Atlanta.

Now that the oil companies and the OPEC nations have conditioned us to
think that the cost of a gallon of gasoline is CHEAP at $1.50 - $1.75, we
need to take aggressive action to teach them that BUYERS control the
marketplace...not sellers.

With the price of gasoline going up more each day, we consumers need
to take action. The only way we are going to see the price of gasoline
come down is if we hit someone in the pocketbook by not purchasing
their gasoline!

And, we can do that WITHOUT hurting ourselves.

How?

Since we all rely on our cars, we can't just stop buying gasoline. But we CAN
have an impact on gas prices if we all act together to force a price war.

Here's the idea…

For the rest of this year, DON'T purchase ANY gasoline from the two biggest
companies (which now are one), EXXON and MOBIL.

If they are not selling any gas, they will be inclined to reduce their prices.

If they reduce their prices, the other companies will have to follow suit. But
to have an impact, we need to reach literally millions of Exxon and Mobil gas
buyers.

WE HAVE MET THE ENEMY...AND HE IS US!

I am a retired vocational school teacher, of the Memphis City School System, in Memphis, Tennessee, now living comfortably in Atlanta, Georgia, the "Capital of Black America".

For 30 years, I have focused my life's intentions and agendas around helping Black people create healthier lives of prosperity, rewarding relationships and spiritual awareness.

I have had the wonderful opportunity, joy and priviledge to teach, train, instruct, coach and mentor well over 1,000 students. It has given me, the opportunity, to learn and understand why so many Black people never achieve their dreams.

I've learned, the richest place on earth is the graveyard where our dreams and potentials buried deep within us, waiting to be discovered.

Many, of the students I taught, were born after the Vietnam War ended. Thus, having always lived in such peaceful times, they cannot comprehend the depth of the tragedy, we have created.

Economically, we live in halcyon days that have far surpassed the wildest dreams of our forebears, who fought so hard and lost so much to create what we have today.

And yet, we have begun this millennium with more human unhappiness than at any time, in our history.

America is, as Benjamin Disraeli once said of England, "...two nations...divided by great want."

Fact of the matter is, more than half of the U.S. population is not enjoying the fruits of this great economy, and this division is not completely because of their annual income, the color of their skin, their religion or the place where they were born.

A recent scientific study revealed, fully 61% of White Americans and 66% of Black Americans are trapped within their own prison of being overweight and in ill-health. And, almost half of those, about 27% of White Americans and 32% of Black Americans are clinically obese.

What does clinically obese mean to you? It means, they are overweight to a point where they are hopeless and have no idea what to do and where to turn, for help.

Moreover, a similar situation exists not only in Western Europe, but also Japan and most other developed nations.

I find it tragic that the vast majority of Black people are overweight and unconcerned with their health, die prematurely and leave this earth too soon or spend too many years living in unnecessary pain and useless suffering from a chronic degenerative disease.

However, as individuals, whether we desire to help ourselves or someone we love, I feel, there is much that we can do.

I have found, if you follow a few sensible health patterns, like exercise, more fresh fruits and vegetables and taking a nutritional supplement daily, you can live healthier, strong and pain free years beyond the average person.

AFRICAN-AMERICANS ARE STARVING TO DEATH

African-Americans are starving to death. Not starving for food, but starving from the nutrients that is supposed to be in the food, we eat.

This may sound preposterous to you, especially in our overweight, overfed modern world. A recent study revealed, 65% of African-Americans are overweight or obese.

However, truth of the matter is, almost all African-Americans are deficient in Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin A or Beta-Carotene.

How is this? Its because most produce and food animals, now grown in North America, are mineral deficient. Furthermore, before this mineral deficient food gets to you, it is detoured thru factories and processing plants, making it nutritionally empty.

Lets take white bread as an example. In order, to make flour that can sit on retail store shelves without spoiling, processors remove the precious and nutritious outter layers of the wheat. In doing so, they remove most of 22 vitamins and minerals. Then, they add back 6 vitamins and minerals, in smaller amounts they removed, and they call the final product enriched. But, they don't tell you about the vital zinc that was removed or the chromium or the magnesium.

When it comes to our food, you and I have been lied to. The fact of the matter is, many of our foods are nutritionally bankrupt.

Hello , I live on the west coast of the south island in one of New zealands
most scenic adventure areas , I have a farm situated near national parks
and only a few minutes walk to some fantastic beaches , Pyramid Farm
is two kilometers north of a small township called Charleston and 20 km
south of Westport on state highway 6 coast road .
There is under ground rafting only 5 minutes away in the heart of the
Nile Valley .
In the Buller district of the northen west coast there are seal coloneys
and eco tours , fishing and hunting , white water rafting , jet boating
,horse treking and a lot more .
New Zealand has been a land apart for 80 million years, with the result
that it is home to plants and animals found nowhere else in the world .
It has only two land mammals (both bats) although seals whales and
dolphins abound around the coasts . Flightless birds, a diversity of
lizards, giant snails, primitive frogs and plants that are as old as the
dinosaurs combine to make New Zealand unique.

I want to meet dead prez tonight, their music has been a lifeline to me. I also have a badass album that I found at Record Revolution in Cleveland. This album came out of the uprising in Watts in the 60's-it's poetry and drumming. I want to give them this album if they don't have it already. Thank you, and I hope to see you all tonight.

Well GUESS WHAT!!... within 7 days, I started getting money in the mail! I was shocked! I figured it would end soon, but the money just kept coming in. In my first week, I made about $25.00. By the end of the second week I had made a total of over $1,000.00! In the third week I had over $10,000.00 and it's still growing. This is now my fourth week and I have made a total of just over $42,000.00 and it's still coming in rapidly. It's certainly worth $6.00, and 6 stamps, I have spent more than that on the lottery!! By the end of the second week I had made a total of over $1,000.00! In the third week I had over $10,000.00 and it's still growing. This is now my fourth week and I have made just over $42,000.00 and it's still coming in rapidly. It's certainly worth $6.00, and 6 stamps, I have spent more than that on the lottery!!

Greetings everyone!
I would just like to let you all know that the YWCA will hold a program this Wedesday at 1:10 pm in the Gold room of the MU. The title is "Women of Color Leading Diversity" and it will feature Nina Grant, Meaghan Kozar, Silvia Delacruz, and Rhonda Williams, as panelist. The program will allow for the women on the panel to discuss how they have promoted diversity on the Iowa State campus. After questions from the audience, the program will turn into a discussion on Iowa State's "evolution" in regards to diversity.
I hope you all can make it. It will be interesting to hear all our views.
It is scheduled to last until 2, so stop by if you can!
