I am writing to give you some insight to problems that are persistent with the Flordia School System. Approximately 5900/12,000 seniors will not graduate this year in S. Florida. The reason is because they are not able to pass the FCAT examination. This is a test they have to pass in four years to meet the requirements of a senior.
The problem is there is no voice for the Hispanic community. Especially, young Latino students. Cuban and other ethnic groups are dominate because of their allegiance to separatism in their polictical thinking. This hurts young hispanic students who have no representation. Please look into this matter and provide help for the underrepresented group of peoples, who are struggling like other blacks in S.Florida.
