How enlightening it is for me as God took me to Jeremiah 1:1 states “Then the word of the lord came to me, saying; “before I formed you in the womb I knew you; before you were borne I sanctified you: I ordained you a prophet to the nations. “We have been a work in progress before we were ever born.
Every life experience, every path walked, is preparation to be the Lord’s Prophet! God has allowed us to learn what it is like to walk alone, to be ridiculed to be different, to seek his friendship. “I have sanctified you”. Sanctified me and to be set apart, be consecrated, to be hollowed.
The calling of the prophet is a serious calling and not to be taken lightly. It is not to be used for your aggrandizement, or profit, but for the health and benefit of the body of Christ.
Born to be Different
Why don’t I seem to fit in? Why is it that I seem different than others in my church? Why do people’s eyes seem to glace over when I share a revelation that the Lord has given me?
I get so angry when I see sin in the world. I get so burdened when God reveals to me what is going on in the body. It would be better off if I didn’t know what is going on.
Why do I always see these things? I minister words of prophecy and encouragement to others, yet often I cannot get a word for myself. I am sometimes discouraged and depressed. I love God and serve Him with my whole heart. I pray and I cry, I cry and I pray. People think I’ am weird. What is wrong with me?
You may feel enigmatic and people may not understand you, but be encouraged my brother, my sister. You’re not weird; you just might be a prophet.
Indulge thine self as you ponder this declaration and then see within my prophetical words, the reality I display before you in Gospel truth as you may wonder, is this Kenneth the real being as I portray him to be or are you a doubting Thomas, behold, the answer lies within your very soul.
