Congrats to you too. You have discovered what is known as a pyramid scheme. If caught you will be in serious trouble. I advise against this for anyone thinking about getting involved. The post office told you it was legal? I highly doubt it. If so then they must not have understood the simple pyramid concept. But I personnally think you know what you are doing and know it is illegel. You can't just pass the buck onto the post office so that when you get caught you say "I talked to the post office and they said I could". Enjoy it and your freedom while it lasts.
