I have to say that I agree completely with David here. When it was apparent that there was a scheduling conflict and/or disagreement regarding money then Joanna had a choice to make and unfortunately she decided to turn her back on those of us that made BCI want to release a DVD of the series in the first place.

Now I'm not discounting Joanna's contribution to the series and I'm certainly not implying that she's a 'bad' person in any way. I'm sure that the beauty of her soul shines through her portrayal of Andrea and Isis, but I'm sure that everyone involved with the compiling of material for the set did everything they could to get Joanna involved with the production. I doubt someone said at the last minute "Oh my God, we forgot to include Joanna Cameron on the set! We forgot to include her on the interviews!"

The DVD set has exceeded my expectations of anything I thought would be put together for a release of the series and everyone involved should be commended for their efforts. And as the previous poster mentioned, it was a once in a lifetime opportunity. It's just very unfortunate that Joanna chose not to pursue missed scheduling opportunities or chose not to participate due to monetary concerns. It doesn't change how I see her portrayal of Isis in any way, it's just a disappointment to this diehard fan.
