I think she did in "The Showoff" Episode 1.09. It was an example of what the DVD bonus material pointed out as "having something not happen" due to the lack of any real budget for special effects. I believe the gorilla - while in the cave - knocks down a supporting post or lintel and Isis holds this up to keep the cave from collapsing so everyone can escape.
