Maggie Cooper left acting to pursue a career in TV journalism, and went to work for CBS News. She worked as a producer and also appeared on-camera on such national newsmagazines as Public Eye and 48 Hours as a reporter, as well as the CBS Evening News and as a local on-camera journalist for WCBS in New York.
