I'll go out on a limb and suggest that Rohalind isn't a real goddess. The name is probably an amagram or nickname for someone who worked on or near the Isis set at the time. A writer's way of paying homage to that person I would guess.

If you really want to speculate, maybe the producers were trying to float the idea of a "sister goddess" as a possible spin-off series. The great thing about the superhero genre is that your can rewrite mythology at will. Look at Wonder Woman, Thor, etc.
