Hello Brittney and welcome! I don't think a Tylenol PM will harm your child. I wouldn't take anymore. You CAN however, take regular strength Tylenol if/when you need it. I know many women who have taken all kids of different kinds of meds before finding out they were pregnant, and trust me, many of them took things that could have been much more harmful to them than a Tylenol PM and ALL of their pregnancies turned out just fine. :) Anyhow, I don't know much more about your situation, but if you have any more questions or just need to talk, please feel free to stop by! Have a good day!
God bless,
Tracey

brittney,
Here's what I found on Tylenol PM:
"It is not known whether acetaminophen and diphenhydramine will harm an unborn baby. Do not take acetaminophen and diphenhydramine without first talking to your doctor if you are pregnant."
http://www.drugs.com/MTM/T/Tylenol_PM.html

This would be a question best answered for certainty by an ob/gyn or a certified pharmacist. And it'd be a good idea to check with your health care provider before taking any more over-the-counter drugs. If you don't have a doctor, we can help you find one.
