I don't know if Tylenol Pm is okay for pregnant women but I do know that Tylenol is okay. It's best to contact your doctor and find out what medicines are okay. He told me that it is safe to take every night if I want, so that is what I have been doing. I don't think he would tell me that if he thought it would harm my baby, I have probably been taking it for about 3 months now, every night! I take two a night (the recommended dosage).
