Hi, Tarra,
If you have already had an abortion, and if this doesn't seem like an OBVIOUS solution to you, you probably shouldn't have another one. I think it's likely that this baby is a "replacement" baby, even though you may not have planned that consciously.
Your baby already has a beating heart, brain waves, and eyes and fingers. Your baby is depending on you for your protection. Please protect your baby.
I can relate to not wanting to be broke. Been there, done that, have a closet full of T-shirts! If you go to a crisis pregnancy agency, they will help you with financial issues. As for being talked about, that can happen either way. If you have an abortion and people find out, they'll talk about you. And if you have any kind of medical complication, they'll find out. And abortion isn't safe, so having a medical complication is actually fairly likely.
Why would you lose your job? You might not, and chances are, if you do, you will be able to sue. In the meantime, you have a few months to try to locate an even better job than this one. And even though you don't have insurance, a crisis pregnancy agency can help considerably with the costs. And abortion isn't free, and if you have a complication, it is ESPECIALLY not free.
Later on, you can consider adoption. If you choose adoption, your expenses will be paid. Don't use that as a reason for choosing adoption, though. Now is too early to decide.
If you were certain you wanted another abortion, that would be one thing. But if you are not certain, don't do it. Abortion is forever. You can't take it back. And you have no guarantee you wouldn't just end up pregnant right away again, unless you refrain from sex altogether. Birth control isn't reliable.
Good luck to you!
Hugs,
Pat
