YES! Very normal. It won't last the whole pregnancy it's usually only for the first 12 weeks or less. I had the same problem allthough for me it was anything tomato based or the smell of onions.

Yep, totally normal. Be glad it's only cheese and milk that makes you want to throw up. :) Not all women get morning sickness, but quite a large percentage do. I had it pretty significantly with my first to babies, not too much with the last two.

I'm a big coffee drinker, but the smell of coffee in the first trimester was awful to me. Same with carrots, which I also usually love. Greasy things also turned me off. With the last two pregnancies I didn't have any nausea but I was very sensitive to smell. I could smell things x1000 what I normally could. And going for walks in the first trimester was bothersome because the smell of car exhaust (even when not right on busy roads!) set me off.

The good news is that for most women the morning sickness (which doesn't stay in the morning at all, lol) wears off at around 12 weeks. I threw up an awful lot during those first weeks, though! Some things can help, like keeping at least something small in your stomach as much as possible because the nausea tends to get aggravated on an empty stomach.
