Hi Danyale,
I'm so glad you came across this forum. We'd like to be here for you! I can't emphasize enough how good of advice it was to get a your city's pregnancy resource center for their free pregnancy test. If you are pregnant, they can be right there to help you with the next steps of what to do, as well as to offer support and free services. THEY WANT TO HELP!
If you've no transportation, can you take the bus? Can the potential father of the baby take you? Or a friend/trusted relative?
Lastly, I remember being scared at 14 that I might be pregnant; we all make mistakes and God's much greater than these mistakes when we seek it from Him. I know how I felt about this option at the time, but in all honesty unless you have a legitimate reason to think she would be physically or otherwise abusive to you, you should tell your mom.
You might be overwhelmed with relief at how good it would feel to do so. As a mom now myself, I can say she might be shocked, disappointed, hurt and frustrated but a thousand times more than any of these she is your mother and mothers tend to love their children no matter what and want to be there for them to help. If you can give her a day or two to calm down, you might find your best source of comfort there.
But if you really don't feel you can do that, I hope you'll find a way to get a pregnancy test at a Pregnancy Resource Center. They can help you process everything and, when you're ready, you can even invite your mom to come with you for counseling there, in a safe and compassionate environment where both of you can adjust to the revelation.
Hang in there; there IS hope. Things won't stay in turmoil as they are now forever and if you can come before God in peace I know He can carry you through this with grace and peace.
Let us know how it goes! We're behind you all the way.
With Kindness,
Heather
