Hi Kel,
I have to agree with Pat when she advises you not to go against your heart on this. Chances are the pregnancy and baby are not really terribly real to your husband right now. IT's frequently that way with guys. They don't feel anything like you do.. their body isn't changing and it isn't really something they can see, touch or feel. For that reason, I don't think they always realize what they are asking when they bring up abortion. The more resolute you are about what you want, and the more decided, the less likely that he will push the issue as hard, or even if he does you will feel more comfortable about your decision.
I know my niece married someone from England and they had a baby. If anything, the child was a help for legal residency issues as the baby was "evidence" that they had a relationship and it wasn't just a marriage to get into the country. So, if that is his concern, it is one he needn't fret over.
I just did a search for Crisis Pregnancy Centers on Google, and quite a few came up, complete with a map showing locations. Hopefully the link will work:

A crisis pregnancy center can help you with some practical needs and also refer you to community resources.
As for stress, I suppose it can have an affect on your child, but I can tell you I was under an unbelievable amount of stress with my youngest child, and she's just fine. She's 22 now. :)
Also, when I had my first child, I was working and my husband wasn't. He ended up getting a job, and we managed. It was a struggle sometimes, but everything did work itself out. Really, babies need very little and there is a lot of help with some of the necessities that you can take advantage of.
If there's anything I can do, just let me know and I'll do my best to help.
