Konnichiwa All Fellow CHS'83 Classmates! Its great to see the 20th has such great interest. My wife and I attended the 10 yr when we flew in from Waiikiki and I would do it again in a heartbeat! Great fun! But considering our present location now on a separate "rock" called NIPPON (in Tokyo for 7 yrs+) and the fact that in Summer, my employment/residence status is questionable (presently networking big-time to find work Stateside) meaning there may be a big-time trans-pac move for us coming up, the possibility of me, my wife and my little boy (2y11mos) attending is iffy. I would like to recommend not only one day but an entire weekend of stuff should be planned since it seems like there will be many people coming from all over. I liked to recommend Annie McCarthy's place, as someone else suggested earlier here, Ryan's field, maybe get something going for all the "children of the grads" to have fun in - kinda like a "field day" we used to have at MPES at the end of the year; Green team, red team, etc. Perhaps arrange an outdoor concert type thing (my bro' Mike is local in Danbury and still a drum banger, recently wed and expecting - perhaps theres a possibility?)
I wish I could help out in the planning somehow - please let me know, OK?
Oh yeah, anyone know emails for Pete Stoyanoff, Tom Maher, Tony Carriello, Brian Callaghan - kinda lost touch with these guys...
And Hi to Pete Whalen in Hawaii! Howzit! Are you in Pearl City, living on PH base? Double Cool! Drop a line - it would be great hearing from you.
Aloha!
