Today Ray and I met with Maureen from the Holiday Inn. We chose the table linens, made menu selections and decided to have cocktail hour outside (weather permitting). We have reserved a block of rooms at a discount rate of $109 per night. Please call the hotel directly to book your room as soon as possible. I don't have the toll-free # for the Holiday Inn, but the direct # to the Fishkill Holiday Inn is (845) 896-6287. When you call make sure that you mention that you are with the Carmel High School 83' Reunion.

After talking with you about finding a place to have the picnic on Sunday, I did some searching and found these two parks. The websites were not too informative but they did give numbers and addresses of where they are located. Maybe you know more about them.
