Hi Janice,

I'm so glad to see that you've taken the initiative to plan something for next year. I'm in Red Hook, not that far from Carmel, so I'd be able to help if you need it. I also recently quit my job, so I have more time than I use to.
I don't have any suggestions for venues since it's been so long since I spent any time in the Carmel area, but I do agree with others that the summer would be a good time.

We need to set a place and time first and then your help will be great. Thanks. Keep in touch. Antoinette is working on the details for Villa Barone in Mahopac. We will see what the price and availability are for that. Also, it is still unconfirmed that the construction going on behind it is a hotel.
