Subject: when i download angel and buffy episodes it wont work

i am trying to download buffy and angel episodes but when i do it i only get the audio and no picture with it. I had kazaa but i heard that kazaalite was better so i got that and it still wont work. if you know anyway to download them so that i can burn them to watch them can you please tell me!!!!!
