Amerikaner lieben Kriegsfilme weil darin Helden und Schurken vorkommen. Es gibt Konflikte, Dramen, Gewalt und Action und am Ende gewinnen immer die Guten.
Doch in wie weit stehen Film- und Militärmaschinerie in Verbindung? Wer entscheidet wer Held und wer Schurke ist? Und beeinflusst das US-Militär mit Geld
und Material bewusst den Inhalt historischer Ereignisse auf eine fast propagandistische Art und Weise?
