This is excellent news, which is very long overdue, mainly we contend by the foot-dragging of Justice Minister Michael McDowell, and his department. Work on securing the remaining prisoners should be stepped up, IMMEDIATELY, especially as we may have an election much sooner than expected in the 26-counties- such is Bertie's "financial" difficulties.
