Subject: PoW NOEL MAGUIRE BEING TRANSFERRED TO MAGHABERRY.

Irish republican PoW Noel Maguire - serving a 22 year sentence in HMP whitemoor England - was informed today he is to be transferred to Maghaberry Prison in the north of Ireland.
This information was given to him verbally by the prison governor and confirmed in writing by the Ministry of Justice. He has been informed his transfer will take place
"during the month of November."
As a result all protests planned for Noel at the Ministry of Justice this weekend have been cancelled at his request.
