Subject: Irish prisoner Michael Campbell in Lithuania.

Dundalk man Michael Campbell is being held in a Lithuanian prison in what can rightly be described as inhuman and degrading conditions.
His only contact with family is by mail.
The only visits allowed are from his lawyer - and the Irish Consul - via the Irish Commission for Prisoners Overseas (ICPO).
Cards and letters can be sent to Michael at his prison address in Vilnius -
