Subject: LITHUANIAN WARRANT TO EXTRADITE CO MEATH MAN.

The Dublin High Court has remanded a Co Meath man in custody pending an application for his extradition to Lithuania on 'terrorism' charges.


Seamus McGreevy was arrested this morning at his home at Streamline Road, Gormanstown in Co Meath.

The court was told that when presented with a European Arrest Warrant today, Mr McGreevy replied that he had never been to Lithuania.

The 56-year old has been remanded in custody until tomorrow when an application for bail will be heard.

Dundalk man Liam Campbell is already remanded in custody
on the same charge.
