Subject: Sorry for technical delay

Our Internet was down for around eight days and it was not until this evening that we were able to locate the fault, without incurring the expense of "outside" professional asistance. We have as a result a massive load of e-mails to read and respond to. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused, to our supporters, at home and abroad.
