Stop the Extradition of R�is�n McAliskey
Saturday June 2nd 2007

The Friends of R�is�n McAliskey request your urgent action in regard to the latest attempt to extradite R�is�n to Germany. We desperately need your immediate help to bear pressure on the British Government not to extradite R�is�n.

What You Can Do

[1] Contact those who can be of assistance by email or post. See our Postal and Email campaigns.

[2] Contact your own elected representatives. Ask them what they or their party are doing to stop the extradition of R�is�n McAliskey.

[3] If you are a member of a group / organisation (e.g. schools, colleges, trade unions, community groups), ask to start a discussion within your organisation in relation to:-
-
the human rights issues of this case
-
the abuse of process
-
the passage of time
-
the Irish peace process; Does R�is�n continue to be political pawn in the peace process?

If your organisation concludes that there have been abuses of human rights etc., we ask that your organisation writes to the German Ambassadors and those who can bring pressure to bear (see Postal campaign for addresses).

Your contributions, opinions and advice on any other actions we should collectively take would be very much appreciated.
