Can you say what the circumstances were and how or from what Tom died? Someone on the LARS forum just posted the other day that Tom will be publishing a book soon and now we hear from you that it will be a posthumous memoir....and a book of photos to follow?

I've tried the internet and cannot find any reference or obituary about Tom's passing. I realize that he's only known to Jones & Stones fans but surely there was a public obit about him in some UK publication.......
