The only Thomas Keylock whose death was registered was Thomas Charles Keylock born in 1913 and died in 1990.

If Tom Keylock died, it would be registered by now.

There is a Thomas R Keylock in Buckinghamshire, still alive and living with a Joan Keylock. This is all public record.
