 We were the only Northern Ireland School on the cruise. The rest were English and a group of Americans for a Dutch Airbase. We started in Malta and visited Israel, Turkey, Cyprus, Santorini and Venice. We had great fun on board in the common room to such an extent we didn't want to get off to visit the sites! We met boys from London (Patrice?),Birmingham (Gez, Rob?)and Liverpool (Randal?). We hated the food and dorms on the first night and were very homesick. We put on a concert for the posh passengers at the end of the cruise. We visited a grapefruit factory in cyprus and brought so many back to the ship we threw them out the portholes. Great times and memories love to hear from anyone who remembers the Irish Girls!
