 I went on this cruise with the Oakmeeds, Burgess Hill, Sussex but I had actually left school and was at college. Because I was over 16 and had written permission from my parents I could smoke!!!!! This made me very popular with other students who wanted to have a fag and would get into trouble if caught. Everyone would hang around me having a fag. Once the teacher came and I was left with 5 lit cigarettes. Imagine that today! We went to Romania, Istanbul Venice, Pisa, Florence and I think Greece. Does anyone remember this cruise.

On the last day they played Rod Stewart I am sailing as a farewell song, I just heard that on the radio and that made me search.
