Subject: Navy Ring

 My Father took his basic training at Sampson (1945). While he was there he purchased a Navy Ring - solid sterling silver - Navy emblem on the top - American eagle on one side - navy anchor and USN on the other.
Does anyone have any idea who the manufacturer of this ring might be??
