 I have been trying to contact the Sampson Naval Museum to see if they would like my father's uniforms. He did his basic training at Sampson May, 1944, served in the Asiatic Pacific as a Motor Machinist's Mate Third Class (T) USN and was discharged January, 1946. I will be in the area September 12 and 13, 2014 and would like to schedule a time to meet with someone there. Does anyone have a contact name and number?
