 Just thought I'd say thanks for helping pass down this great history. I first discovered Sampson NTS a few years ago, and I try to get back to the park to explore more each time I'm in the area. As a Navy civilian working for NAVAIRSYSCOM and an Air Force brat (father and grandfather both officers, grandfather served in North Africa during WWII), I'm proud of every one who serves this great nation. Each time I'm out working on the NUWC Seneca Lake barge, I take a moment to look out toward the Northeast to see the shore of Sampson. Thanks to every sailor, Marine, airman, and soldier out there.
