I agree with Stephen. Jesus, did I just say that ;)
All the bikes discribed by Steve D. were not really performers in their day with the exception of the KZ .....maybe? BUT! the VRRA needs to move forward faster not slower. When a class pretty much dies out like the P1 HVWT the club should introduce a P4 and with P2 Hvwt almost pushing up daisys maybe y'all should be looking at P5. I know all the old buggers are going to be kicking and screaming but the bottom line is the bottom line. If people want to keep the mentioned classes as premier then #1 maybe they should support them and #2 maybe they should lobby others to support them. As was previously posted by myself and others I/we have no interest in racing a P1 or likely a P2 bike. However if the VRRA would step into the twentieth century I would love to build a late 80s and maybe early 90s bike to race. For all that suggest these are not vintage try taking a F2 into Pro 600 and see how vintage it really is. Want further proof look at WERA P5-P7 and even the dinosours in ARHMA have seen the light and introduced newer classes.
