After many years of odd prescriptions and cremmes that didn't work on my outbreaks on upper arms- I think I've found the You can actually feel it work on contact.

I suggest u give it a try if you have similar skin issues.
I was skeptical at first- but I had nothing to lose. This stuff WORKS for me!!!!!
