I wasn't trying to insult anyone... Losing your cool on the field when some jerk bonus balls you could happen to just about anyone. I was just wondering about the details. I occassionally read ABV's forums and decided to chime in for the first time. You guys play pretty clean paintball and I like that, but I'm the type of guy that you can bonus ball me all day and I'll shake it off. I'm not trying to downplay your style of paintball, but accuracy by volume means to throw as much paint in the air hoping you hit someone. And I've been playing since before semi-autos...so i'm a bit biased against ramping technology.

My home field has been EMR since long before it was EMR, I played with the guys from Binghamton Blackout and Kiniption Fit long before R&M paintball. I played paintball for the US Army when Spyder Compacts and Minimags were standard issue. I have owned a few paintball shops with indoor/outdoor fields. My old business partner helped Rob Cole build GRC back when Rob's dad was filling tanks out of his hardware store. I was there when Scott started nnypaintball.com and Jared bought it (instead of me because I was too busy to run it) and changed it to nyp8nt.com. I have played so much woodsball, 10-man, 7man, and 3-5 man novice games...I still have scars from oil based paintballs. Heck, in my basement I might still have a nelspot 007. (If I didn't throw it in the swimming pond at EMR after Castle Conquest I) I have never once played xball in a tournament, but I have been part owner and coach of several teams. I have played all over the world including SC Village against members of Dynasty, XSV, Ironmen (when Bob Long played). Occassionally I have had my photos and articles/field reviews published in paintball magazines.

Though currently semi-retired from paintball and living in the hills above Bath...I have been by your shop a few times, played one afternoon at the Cooper Plains field, and have videotaped your games a few times from the sidelines last year to evalute your playing styles for other people.
I haven't played seriously since 2004, and would not try to outgun you (I shoot a pump). But I would be more than happy to grab a semi and stop by the field one of these Sundays/Thursday nights to run a gauntlet, 1 on 1, case of paint each, no outs till the paints gone.
