What are you talking about? This seems to suggest that Astana was prevented from racing for no legitimate reason. Why is there no outrage from the cyclists or anybody else?

What do the Swiss courts have to do with this? I assume you are refering to Ulrich's situation. His lawyers have got to be salivating at this news.
