Well let's hope, and I would be very surprised if it was Landis, but interestingly while Landis rode (and won) the Profronde van Stiphout crit in the Netherlands yesterday he pulled out of the Grazer Altstadt-kriterium at the last minute today.

And the London Times of London is reporting that it was a rider testing positive for testosterone on stage 17, ie the stage Landis won:
