Landis said via his teammate Hunter that he has travelled to a german doctor. According to Hunter Landis suddenly had pain in his hip....

The sudden departure of Landis and Lelanque from a hotel in Eindhoven fell together with a statement from the UCI about a rider testing positive.....(hmmz is the journalist from the Telegraaf suggesting something?)

Ex-pro John van den Akker, who is responsible for who comes to the criterium of chaam, was dumbfounded that Landis left. "We have never seen a toprider go away without officially resigning from the event. We also heard nothing from Lelanque. Shocking, cause Landis is one of the nicest guys in the peloton".

After the UCI made there statement the dutch, italian, belgian and spanish cycling bodies said that no rider of there countries was implicated........
