you need to get the women to go and support the promoters who put on the races. when a promoter is paying police/marshalls, etc. by the hour.. it doesn't pay to have a 10 person race. this is the challenge faced by women's racing becaues there just isn't a lot of women racers. i know certain districts have been using "cup" series that certain races will qualify towards an overall. it gives the teams a goal and gets all the women in one place... kind of like the PRO TOUR!
